Mr. Liu is a Partner and Co-Founder at Washington Equity Partners.  Prior to Washington Equity, Mr. Liu was a Principal at Arlington Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on Aerospace/Defense, Business Services, Government Contracting, and Healthcare. During his 12-year tenure at Arlington Capital, Mr. Liu was active in all of the firm's core industry verticals and focused on Aerospace/Defense.  While at Arlington Capital, Mr. Liu completed 30 acquisitions representing $1.2 billion of aggregate enterprise value, and 9 exits representing over $2.0 billion of aggregate enterprise value.  Prior to re-joining Arlington Capital, Mr. Liu was a Director at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm that has managed $7.5 billion of committed capital, where he focused on investments in Aerospace/Defense and Business/Healthcare Services.  Mr. Liu began his career at Salomon Smith Barney as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Consumer Products/Retail groups.

Mr. Liu currently sits on the Board of Directors of Accu-Tube, Arc Drilling, and Tube Bending, and has served on the boards of directors as a director or observer at 15 prior portfolio companies, including Apogen Technologies, Chandler/May, Consolidated Precision Products, MB Aerospace, SECOR International, Thermal Solutions, Tronair, United Flexible, and Zemax.

Mr. Liu graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Finance.
